READER RFID

RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification),  this technology is used to identify objects and flow control products. Extracting information from special tags that are attached to objects followed by radio. Depending on the type of tag changes the amount of information that can be stored as well as the maximum distance at which data can be read. RFID tags, is an alternative to barcode - more comfortable and more efficient.

RFID UHF (902-928 MHz - America, 865-868 MHz - Europe) versions are designed to work hand-held mobile or fixed. Substantial differences in the construction of the result of the range and scope of their use. Handheld readers may not have extensive large-size antennas. Their sphere of sensitivity is limited and conditional on the orientation set by the operator. Readers intended for installation on transport carriages like stationary structures, but their antennas must include your sphere detection associated with dimensions of transported goods.

The Impinj Indy R2000 UHF Gen 2 RFID reader chip is a highly integrated, high-performance, low power, SiGe BiCMOS device for EPC Gen2 / ISO18000-63 (formerly 18000-6C) applications. The Indy R2000 can also be programmed to support ISO18000-6B, iPico and iP-X protocols; however, the current reference design does not support these protocols.
